  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened) 
  • 1-3 tsp honey, optional for taste

5. Blueberry Avocado Mango Skinny Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1½ cups mango
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • One teasp. maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 1½ – 2 cups coconut water
