  • Ginger
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple

Blend the apple, spinach, and unpeeled cucumber altogether. Put the ginger and blend it again. Pour the shake in a big glass and add the some crushed walnuts and almonds on top.
